Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM IST will be processed the next business day. 

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Estimate

We use standard shipping for all domestic orders.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
This delivery window is an estimate and may vary slightly depending on your location and shipping conditions. 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free shipping automatically applies to orders over ₹X (if applicable).

Any additional charges (like customs duties) for international orders will be borne by the customer.

4. Delivery Conditions & Delays

Delivery times are estimates only; they are not guaranteed.

External factors—such as weather, public holidays, or high order volume—may cause delays. In such cases, we will proactively notify you. 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal. Updates are typically available within 24 hours of dispatch. 

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at zulkiz.help@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include reshipment or refund depending on the case. 

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within [India only/international, specify countries].

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Some items may be restricted or require special handling—details are noted on the product page. 

8. Return Shipping & Refunds

Returned orders are handled per our Return Policy [linked here].
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defect). A refund will be issued once we receive the returned item.
